The Architectural committee is working for you to maintain the appearance of our community, which enhances all our property values. Just a reminder, before you make any changes or modification to your home or property you must get approval from the ACC. If you have any questions please contact Ben Ward, architecture@rboa.net .
The design and placement of any new houses or additions to the property of an existing house (e.g. pools and enclosures, fence, shed, decks, children’s play units, etc.) must be in accordance with the Covenants for the Unit where the lot is located.
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) operates to ensure this requirement is met. Please submit your application to the ACC with appropriate supporting documentation as indicated in the application for approval of a house plan or addition. This application can be downloaded below.
You can review your covenants by visiting the top navigation bar and clicking on the Covenant document for your unit. Unsure of your unit or lot? Click the By Laws/Corporate tab, then go to the RBOA Member Property Listing, find your address and the Unit and Lot numbers are shown.
We will move as quickly as possible to review your application. We have 30 days if we need it for new houses. All others no limit but we will move as quickly as possible with a goal of less than 30 days.
