Estoppel Requests

Effective January 1, 2022, by vote of the RBOA Board of Directors, estoppel certification per lot is reduced to $200.00 if the account is current. 

There remains an additional $150 fee for delinquent accounts and an additional $100 fee if response is requested within 3 business days. 

Please note: The Estoppel Certificate request will not be processed until the required processing fee has been paid to the Association.
